This is my Intro to Journeying class in Lanzarote - the Arrecife group!  Its at the expansive Reiki Lanzarote centre, run by Nemesio.

I am teaching in English with the beautiful Michaela translating into Spanish for me.  

This course is usually taught over a weekend, but our group meets for 4 Wednesdays, from 4.30 - 7.30pm.  

Although I love the intensity of a weekend group, I feel there are definite benefits from meeting for a shorter time over many weeks.  Each week everyone goes a bit deeper with each other and there is a definite sense of community developing, which I love to see.

Two more weeks to go, and then we will see what happens next.  Watch this space!!!

We had a wonderful time at the painting group on Saturday, 11th July.  The point was not to paint 'pretty pictures', but rather, to explore.  

People often say to me, I'd love to paint but I can't draw well.  Or, I can't paint.  Everyone can paint.  Still others say that they reach a point where they get stuck when they are painting, then give up.  It is my great joy to help people to find their way through and express themselves through the realms of colour.

It was a lovely day so we painted in the garden - amidst birdsong and the wind in the pines...  Everyone laid out their paint containers and paper, spray bottles and rags, and began...  Fabulous, eh?
]]><![CDATA[Dropping the Cages of the Ages]]>Fri, 22 May 2015 01:30:07 GMThttps://www.turquoise-wave.com/blog/may-18th-2015How do we become more oceanic?  How do we create space within so that we can follow the thread of harmony more easily in our lives?  Below is an excerpt from this week's Rainbow Revelation.
"You are all oceanic beings and will become more so, as you drop the cages you have carried through the ages.  The leaves are alive, springing green and the fullness of fresh energy reaches the Earth.  The flowers are blooming and the time is right to let drop or let fall away all the cages you have carried through the ages."

These burdens or cages may be of the physical or practical sort, but the heaviest are often what we carry within - guilt, betrayals, our own hopes and fears as well as those of our parents and ancestors; our conditioning and mindsets... it goes on.  

This week, a tidal wave of evolution is with us.  If we are ready to give it all up, then the tide is ready to wash it all away so that there is at least the space for the new - even if it is not ready to materialize as yet.  Use the momentum of the energies this week; let the universe know that you are ready to drop what no longer serves you.

And if you need help in loosening your burdens or with your material life, help is there.  It is my experience that there are hosts of divine or other-dimensional beings of light ready and willing to assist us.  However it is a law of free will that they cannot help unless we ask for it. Sometimes they can see we are struggling, and they are willing us to ask, entreating us, and we cannot hear. Then we feel cut-off, alone, lost in darkness, and yet the help is actually there!

Call on your divine helpers, ask, reach out.  You might get a nudge about this or a 'ping' about that, or you might suddenly see things in a completely different way.  Keep you inner eyes and ears open and see what happens!

A hearty welcome to my website, and to my blog. 

Every week I will be offering a small extract from the precious Rainbow Revelation of the week in addition to whatever else I may be talking about.
