No painting or art experience necessary.
In this one day workshop we will play with colour and energy. Using journeying and guided visioning, we will explore how to give our visions, sensations and experiences birth in form. This is the wellspring of Sacred Art. We will go beyond painting 'pretty pictures' to touch the deeper core of expression and healing. We will dance, sing, journey... and I will help you with lots of painting techniques and tips so you can push the boundaries & go further in joy and laughter and the spirit of adventure!
